Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment (Only valid on orders placed & delivered in India)

Cancellation requests must be raised before the order is dispatched. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date of order confirmation.

If the order or item(s) you wish to cancel have not yet been shipped, you may write to our customer support team at support@focusroot.com.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be processed within 3 business days after the cancellation request is approved.

Cancellation After Shipment

Post-dispatch cancellations are not accepted.

Refund Process

In case of cancellation before shipment, refunds are processed within 24–48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

If the order has already been dispatched or is returned, the refund will be initiated only after the products are received and verified at our warehouse.

Online Payments (Credit/Debit Cards or Net Banking):
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 24–48 business hours after product verification. It may take an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer after receiving your bank details through email. This process will be completed within 24–48 business hours after product verification. The amount may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect in your bank account.

Returns – Indian Orders

Focusroot offers an Easy Return Policy, allowing customers to request a return, replacement, or exchange within 5 days of delivery. Partial returns are also accepted.

Replacement / Exchange Timeline:
Approved replacement or exchange orders will be delivered within 7–10 working days from the date of return approval.

Return Process:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team at support@focusroot.in within 5 business days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Share your order ID along with your request for return, replacement, or refund. Please include images of the product and invoice for reference.

Step 3: Products will be picked up within 2–4 business days. Refunds or replacements will be initiated only after the products are received in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Products are eligible for return only if they are received in a damaged or defective condition, are expired, or if an incorrect product has been delivered. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and sealed. Opened or used products will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or overuse
  • Returned without original packaging, labels, freebies, or accessories
  • Products with tampered serial numbers
  • Defective products not covered under Seller or Manufacturer warranty
  • Used or altered products
  • Return requests initiated after 5 business days of delivery
  • Free products provided by the brand

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within standard timelines. Orders will be delivered within 7–10 working days, depending on the delivery location and logistics partner.
