How does the delivery process work?

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.

After passing the final round of quality checks, the products are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package at the earliest possible time. If they are unable to reach your provided address or deliver at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

International Shipping: International customers do not pay import duties to Focusroot. Any customs duties levied by the destination country must be paid by the customer directly to the courier service provider to receive the product.

How are items packaged?

We package our products in boxes covered with a protective plastic layer. Each individual product is wrapped in bubble wrap, and fragile items such as bottles are secured with additional bubble wrap.

We take pride in maintaining the quality of our packaging.

What is the range of locations to which Focusroot ships products?

Focusroot ships products throughout India. More countries will be added to our shipping locations in the future.

My order has been shipped. How can I track it?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and the name of the courier company processing your order.

Tracking information will be available within 24 hours after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Most orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

For international orders, delivery timelines may vary due to logistics, customs clearance, or public holidays.

Are there any shipping charges applicable?

We have standard shipping charges for most locations.

India: A flat shipping charge of ₹50 applies to all orders below ₹1,000. Orders above ₹1,000 qualify for free shipping.

International: A flat shipping charge of ₹500 applies to all orders below ₹5,000. Orders above ₹5,000 qualify for free shipping.

Does Focusroot ship outside India?
